JOB STATEMENT
This position is responsible for the administration management such as general administration, , Transportation, Facilities management, housekeeping etc.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Shall be in charge of Vendor management for various office purchase assets and stationeries.
2.. Shall take care of upkeep and maintenance and housekeeping.
3 To arrange transportation for the Employees, monitoring and prevent the misuse of the company vehicle.
4. Take care of the arrangements during Festivals/Occasions/Get together.
5. Maintaining all necessary administration records such as daily, weekly, Monthly MIS and all data's for future records.
5. Handling store management and maintaining all Inventories, and updating the Expire items file.
6. Handle insurance renewal, claims, documentation etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Graduate.
· Minimum 5– 8 years' experience in general administrative management.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Computer literacy is essential – Ms Excel and Word.
· Young smart personality with good communication skills, negotiating skills, good Man Management Skills.
