Initiate and follow up on the policies for Employee Welfare, Wage changes and propose a strategy for managing franchises and own employees. Policy compliances

 

Take proactive actions to ensure legal compliance at all locations under the regional office.
Perform regular audits, Analyse compliance report, present summary to the management and take action accordingly 
Completion of performance review process on time
