JOB STATEMENT
To be responsible for all Inventory Planning, Procurement and Logistics activities of the Distribution Network for Services Business Line
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To prepare Inventory Requirement for stocking based on Historical data and as well trend analysis.
• To monitor stock movements and to prepare consumption data for stock ordering
• ABC analysis for Inventory and make stock / non stock decisions
• Ensure that stock handling in the Warehouse is streamlined and despatches are carried out timely.
• Warehousing and Logistics Supervision and Monitoring
• Coordination between Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics and Inventory Planning to ensure smooth workflow.
• Working closely with and feedback to internal Sales team.
• Ensure MIS reporting on On Time Deliveries, Delivery Reliability, Supplier reliability etc.

RELATIONSHIPS & AUTHORITY

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Materials Management
Inventory Planning
Good Knowledge of SAP work environment
Good Communication Skills, Commercial Knowledge on Sales and Excise and Service taxes.
Advanced level Knowledge on Excel Spread Sheets

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is predominantly situated in an office environment, although travel to other locations may be necessitated.
