Job Responsiblities: | |||||||
Ø Consolidating the customer schedules for the month. | |||||||
Ø Working out the production plan on monthly, weekly, daily and shift basis for all operations up to dispatch. | |||||||
Ø Working out the requirement of all inputs including compounds, chemicals, BOPs, Consumables, packaging materials etc. | |||||||
Ø To do follow-up with the Purchase and Stores to ensure timely availability of all inputs. | |||||||
Ø Monitoring of customer schedule and ensure timely delivery. | |||||||
Ø Regular monitoring of the out put and incorporating corrections as and when required. | |||||||
Ø Regular monitoring of Inventories at various stages like compounds | |||||||
