Ø      Working out the requirement of all inputs including compounds, chemicals, BOPs, Consumables, packaging materials etc. 
Ø      To do follow-up with the Purchase and Stores to ensure timely availability of all inputs.
Ø      Monitoring of customer schedule and ensure timely delivery.
Ø      Regular monitoring of the out put and incorporating corrections as and when required.
Ø        Regular monitoring of Inventories at various stages like compounds
Ø        Generating required reports on time and submitting to all concerned like Production & Rejection reports, Stock status, Dispatch & Pending etc.
