Primary Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

·        Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after

·        Preparing Job description and Job Specification in consultation with concerned HOD.

·        Taking the final HR interview of all levels for salary negotiations, role discussions and discussions on date

·        Identification of manpower requirements.

·        of joining; raising offer letters conducting Reference check-ups and completing the joining formalities for each of the new joinees.

 

Induction and Training

 

·        Induction and orientation of new employees.

 

·        Supervising joining formalities as forms filling, document submission, seat allocation, creation of mail-ids, bank account opening etc.

 

 

Compensation & Benefits

 

·        Calculating attendance, variable pay, incentives and timely generation of Monthly Salary/Wages

 

·        Monitoring the leave attendance system received from various centers.

·        Receiving reimbursement bills from various centers and incorporating them in the payroll.

 

·        Timely billing for pay and allowances.

 

·        Ensure accurate deductions and timely deposits of ESI and PF and timely filing of returns.

 

·        Post salary disbursement & handling payroll queries of employees.

 

 

 

 

Employee Relation

 

·        Respond to employee and management queries on HR policy related issues; provide guidance, support & counseling to employees.

 

·        Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to salary, Leaves, Attendance, and incentives etc.

 

·        Keeping track of employee's activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, annual appraisal, transfer and their separation.

 

Attrition Control and Exit Process

 

·        Identify possible reasons for attrition.

 

·        Conduct employee counselling time to time.

·        Take preventive steps in consultation with HODs.

 

·        Full and Final Settlement process.

 

·        Advance projection of Manpower requirement for inclusion in Budget/Business plan.

 

·        Prepare unit wise and post wise job description and pay scales.

 

·         Prepare MIS of Recruitment Budget, Manpower Planning and Manpower costing.
