Job Description

: BE / B. Tech Electrical with 10 + years experience or Diploma in       Electrical with at least 12 years experience. 1.    Maintenance of Hydraulic (Woozen 170 ton) & Electrical Injection Molding Machine (JSW Machine 140 ton) & Auto feeder.  2.    Responsible for maintenance of  DG Set, Transformer & VCB, Panel & Air circuit breakers, Air compressor 250 CFM (Atlas copco & Kaiser), Air conditioner (Ductable & Split), STP Plant, UPS up to 200 KVA. 3.    Responsible of Assembly Machine – Conveyer (Servo Drive), Ultrasonic Welding Machine & PLC automation. 4.    Responsible for Automation Activity. 5.    General Maintenance. 6.    Civil Work (Plant Maintenance) as and when required. 7.    Responsible for maintenance of CNC Machines, laith, Milling, EDM, CNC EDM & Surface grinder. 8.    Responsible for maintenance of Cranes. 9.    He should be competent to handle Breakdown Maintenance and plan Preventive Maintenance and ensure minimum average machine down- time. He would be heading the Maintenance Department. 10.  Maintenance activities of paint shop, equipment (Paint Booth, Conveyer, EMI Machine, chiller etc. 11. Maintenance of plant, civil construction. Material procurement  spare planning of all maintenance parts. Salary – 50 K per month. Very Strong candidates, Very good communication, Able to handle Maintenances department independlely. Candidates should be from Noida it self.
