JOB STATEMENT
Participate in the installation , commissioning , overhaul, trouble shooting , inspection, rebuilding and repair of the complete range of products supplied by Company Minerals (Crushing and Screening Plants , Grinding Mill packages, Coal and Mineral Processing Plants, Bulk Material handling plants )
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in Installation ,Commissioning, trouble shooting , rebuilding and repair of any BMH Equipments such as Appron Feeder, Various type of Stackers cum Reclaimers Wagon Tippler,Ship Loader.
He must be well known to select the Cranes or other Lifting Tools for Heavy Erection.
He must have Basic Knowledge of Electrical ,PLC & VFD ect
Assist with customer enquiries and problems pertaining to any Company supplied equipment
Solicit on behalf of Company any parts sales with customers as opportunities arise
Carry out Technical evaluation and analysis on component and machine failures as required by customers or supervisors
Assist the Company sales department in sales and compiling information / documentation as needed
Assist Company in providing Market Intelligence
Provide regular field service reports, commissioning reports etc
RELATIONSHIPS
• Reports Installation Manager
• Other Project Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
• Bachelor's degree (4-5) / Diploma in (Mechanical) and 5-8 years service experience of capital equipments
• Must be experienced in the use of a personal computer including the proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing and have a basic understanding of the use of data bases.
• Experience must from following industries: aggregate or contract crushing, mining comminution.
• Must be able to travel up to 80% of the time

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• A high level of computer skills is essential – Ms Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
