Job Profile:

1.      Responsible  for preparing and maintaining  record matrix for Quality System records lies with Management Representative.

2.     Responsible for maintaining record matrix for records pertaining to individual departments / sections lies with the respective Heads / Section Incharge.            

3.       Identify the Quality information / data required to be maintained in the department / section as Quality records and collect the same.

4.       Decide the records to be retained. Keep a record matrix giving details of such records.

5.       Maintain active files for each record indicating the record name / file number to enable access and easy retrieval of specific data.

6   Maintain data in active files as per the retention time specified for the records in Record Matrix.

7.    Responsible for Management review Records .

8.    Responsible for Carry out Internal Audits maintain the records for last three years .

9.    Responsible prepare and maintain the PPAP records of all the components of active products of all customers .

10   Controlling & Monitoring all formats & documents in the plant.Master copy,Control copy & obsolete copy.
